But, when it comes down to the moment when you’ve committed to putting your house on the market, it doesn’t mean you don’t still want to make your home look its best, and we admit, get the highest price you can. There are some simple ways to make your home look it’s best in listing photographs, and most importantly, the little details that make walk-throughs a dream for potential buyers.
The age old (Portland) battle: East End vs. West End. And most importantly, ‘Who has the best foodie scene?’ Over the past few decades, and more recently in the past few years, Portlanders have been witness to the upcropping of numerous new eateries on both sides of the peninsula. The numbers are literally astounding, home values rose by double digits in 2020 and the sales of single-family homes increased 22.8% in Dec 2020, compared to Dec 2019, nationwide.
