Erin and Susie have always been driven to support Maine’s communities by giving back to humanitarian, environmental, and health-and-wellness non-profit programs.
They have been active in Portside’s events, ranging from Pins for a Cure to Hops for Habitat. Erin and Susie have placed most of their giving back efforts towards Habitat for Humanity and Portside's 1% for Maine program.
Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit housing organization that works in local communities in Maine. Their vision and goal is for every family to have a decent place to live. By building homes for families in need in the Greater Portland area, they hope to build strength, stability, and self-reliance by having the homeowners work alongside volunteers to build the house.
